Job summary

Provision Living is seeking a reliable, supportive, and caring Resident Assistant to work with older adults in a culture of care and support. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence, and ensure privacy and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities include helping with daily tasks, dining assistance, responding to calls, and supporting housekeeping. CNA and First Aid are preferred, with 0–2 years of prior experience. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA and First Aid certification preferred.
• 0–2 years of prior work experience.
• Clear communication with residents, employees, resident families and visitors.
• Read and interpret general directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Escort residents to dining rooms and activities.
• Respond promptly to the Emergency Call System.
• Report to management any deviations or changes observed in residents.
• Deliver meal trays and assist with meal service.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry and common areas.
• Cross train and share duties across areas as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
