Job summary

Provision Living, LLC in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide daily support to residents, helping with activities of daily living while respecting privacy and promoting independence.

You will work under the Director of Nursing, assist with meals, dining room service, mobility support, and coordination with the care team to enhance well-being for older adults in a culture of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CNA and First Aid certification preferred.
• 0–2 years of prior care or resident assistance experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret general directives and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and clothing needs.
• Escort residents to dining room and activities as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist residents as required.
• Report changes to management and coordinate with the care team.
• Deliver meals and assist with meal service and cleanup.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Support with activities, tours, phones and general resident engagement.
