Job summary

Window's Cafe, located within our Independent Living community, is seeking a friendly Cafeteria Associate to provide excellent service to residents and assist with simple meal preparation. You will greet residents, take purchases at the register, and help maintain a clean, welcoming café environment.

The role supports dining services, works with residents and staff, and offers opportunities for training and growth in a supportive setting. Flexible scheduling may be available.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience, food service experience, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and professional with older adults.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
