Porter Hills Village in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Café Associate for our dining services. This part-time role involves taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and delivering friendly service to residents and guests.

Shifts include mornings and weekends; you must be 18+, have cafe/food service experience, and can lift up to 35 pounds. Compensation is $16.19 to $19.37 per hour with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in food service prepping sandwiches, salads, drinks and various food, preferred.
• Serving experience in a restaurant or senior living, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in a café style setting.
• Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests.
• Serve and prep various food items such as salads, soups and sandwiches.
• Prepare various hot and cold drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area.
