Job summary

Porter Hills Village is seeking a Dining Server Associate for the morning shift in Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time role (29 hours/week) supports residents in our Health Center, serving meals, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience.

Shifts run 6:30am–11am or 6:30am–2:30pm. Prior food service experience is preferred; the role requires lifting up to 35 pounds and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in food service or as a server, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Watch tickets and run a tray line.
• Serve meals to residents and guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
• Take orders and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
