The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in office management, with strong English communication and knowledge of payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living
• Grow community occupancy by engaging with potential residents and families
• Direct business office and reception operations per policy
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments and reporting
• Maintain resident and associate records in line with regulations
