Job summary

The Addison of Oakleaf, a Sonida Senior Living community in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Business Office Coordinator to support business office functions, including payroll tasks and benefits enrollment for residents and staff.

You will serve as a resource for residents and families on services and billing, assist with admissions forms, contracts, and licensing records, and help with recruiting and interviewing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate preferred in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an office setting.
• Payroll related tasks and benefits enrollment experience a plus.
• Ability to handle resident billing inquiries with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy implementation and ensure staff compliance with procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Complete admissions forms and contracts accurately.
• Track training and licensure requirements and manage government payor terms.
• Field staff, resident and family complaints, and assist with lease signings.
