Job summary

Hilltop Reserve, part of Ascent Living Communities in Denver, seeks an Assisted Living Program Manager to lead the Assisted Living neighborhood, supervise the Health Services care team, and ensure residents receive person-centered support in a warm, respectful environment.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule non-licensed clinical staff, and ensure compliance with program standards while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• QMAP certification.
• At least 2 years leadership experience in senior living preferred.
• Criminal background check required due to work with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Resident Assistants and QMAPs, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Create and manage schedules for non-licensed clinical staff in Assisted Living.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure care aligns with program standards.
• Coordinate ongoing training and education for resident care staff.
• Verify hours in HRIS before payroll.
• Manage medication administration, including cart audits and room organization.
• Educate staff on medication orders and safety procedures.
• Communicate resident needs to families and coordinate medical appointments.
• Lead care conferences and service plan reviews with families.
