The role involves preparing units for new residents, performing basic repairs, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks, and ensuring a safe, move-in ready environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing good customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of apartment, residential, or facility maintenance experience.
• Experience completing apartment turns is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant apartments to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Complete apartment turns within established timelines and perform repairs.
• General maintenance, preventive tasks, and respond to resident work orders.
• Maintain records and equipment, follow safety procedures and codes.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergencies.
