National Church Residences is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician at Willowbrook Crossing in Rock Hill, SC. You will ensure safe operation and upkeep of senior housing facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies as needed.

This role requires 3+ years in maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and ability to supervise junior staff. On-call duties 24/7 evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to support our residents and sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years maintenance experience (residential/senior housing preferred).
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
• Maintain records and report maintenance activities.
