Tribute Companies in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our 294-unit community. You will perform daily maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC tasks, plumbing, electrical work, and apartment turns to ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home and a well‑functioning property.

Schedule is Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday with on‑call duty rotation. You should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing issues quickly, and prioritizing

Qualifications

• 1+ years in general maintenance including appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Able to lift heavy objects, use ladders, and operate basic hand and power tools.
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance requests to keep apartments and common areas in excellent condition.
• Prepare apartment homes for move-in with thorough turns.
• Conduct preventative tasks to protect the community's assets and safety.
