Job summary

Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to operate in Jacksonville and NE Florida. You will act as the trusted resource for families navigating senior care options, while forging strong relationships with local professionals across the care continuum.

You will leverage business development and sales skills to be the go-to advisor, building a robust referral network and delivering empathetic, solution-focused guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or sales/relationship building, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Strong networking and face-to-face relationship skills.
• Clear communication, active listening, empathy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build Oasis as the top name in senior care navigation in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
• Guide families through senior care options with honesty, empathy, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Deliver a trusted, advocacy-centered placement experience.

As a Senior Living Advisor serving Jacksonville / NE Florida and nearby communities, you’ll represent Oasis with warmth and expertise. You’ll be the trusted go-to resource for families navigating the senior living landscape, while also building deep relationships with local professionals across the care continuum.

Your impact will be meaningful and visible as you use your business development and sales skills for these job responsibilities:

• Make Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Jacksonville and beyond.
• Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
• Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Raise the bar in senior placement by delivering an experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.

Who You Are

You are a high-integrity, relationship-first professional who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in business development or similar type sales/relationship building position, ideally working in senior living, healthcare, care management, or related fields.
• Excels at networking and thrives on genuine, face-to-face connection.
• Communicates clearly, listens deeply, and leads with empathy.
• Is self-motivated and thrives in a flexible, field-based role.
• Wants more than a job—you want purpose, impact, and a platform to grow.
• Works Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed by clients.

CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE JACKSONVILLE METROPOLITAN AREA.
