Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with older adults or the elderly population.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related education and experience in sales may be considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry is expected.
• Previous sales, admissions, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide community information in a timely, welcoming manner.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate site visits, and give tours for prospective residents and families.
• Assist residents and families during the admissions and move-in process.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and support occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth experience.
