Job summary

Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Village of East Harbor. This full-time role involves assisting with marketing and admissions, conducting Village tours, and driving sales through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Starting pay is $23.26 per hour, with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Valid driver’s license required, and some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year marketing, public relations, sales or admission experience preferred.
• Must have ability to operate a computer.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide sales information regarding the Village in a timely manner.
• Schedule and conduct Village tours to educate prospects about Village and services.
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts to increase referrals and reputation through events, outreach and networking.
• Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process and follow up.
• Sell the Village housing and services to prospective residents using promotional materials.
• Enter all leads into the CRM and conduct timely follow up.
• Assist with information gathering and establish resident and prospect records.
• Promote housing and services to increase sales.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting admission interviews and tours.
• Attend meetings and training to stay informed on current information and skill development.
• Follow policies and procedures including safety, state and federal regulations.
