Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for The Village of Westland, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and community outreach.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop the marketing plan for the Village and oversee implementation of lead generation, retention activities and other sales efforts as defined in the plan. They will plan and implement networking, community outreach and public relation activities. They are responsible for the management and development of marketing staff. They will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing on articulating the “story” of The Village and other various projects.

Valid driver’s license required.
Starting range between $74,401 based on experience. Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunity.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Five years related experience required; experience in senior housing or related field preferred.
Computer skills: must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking systems.
Valid Driver’s License.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Must have ability to work long hours including evening and weekends on occasion.
