Job summary

The Lodge at Mills River is seeking an Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role focuses on marketing the facility, forming relationships with discharge planners, physician practices, and home health agencies, and guiding adult admissions.

The candidate will proactively respond to inquiries, conduct tours of the facility, and coordinate admissions data, ensuring paperwork is complete and occupancy records are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with medical facilities, physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Passion for working with seniors and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Market the facility to local hospitals and discharge planners.
• Respond to inquiries from referral sources.
• Serve as liaison with residents and families.
• Promote employee engagement and recruitment.
• Obtain admission data and conduct tours.
• Maintain admissions paperwork and census data.
• Notify staff of projected admissions and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
