Stellar Living in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Family Advisor to manage admissions planning and coordination for a large senior living community. You will gather inquiries, assess eligibility, coordinate physician communications, and document admission and discharge activity.

The role requires healthcare experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to market the community to potential residents and families. We offer a competitive salary and a performance bonus.

Formación

• Current knowledge of state and regulatory requirements for admissions and transfers.
• Knowledge of payment systems (Medicare/Medicaid, HMOs, PPOs) and related insurance.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication with families and professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Seek and document inquiries for potential residents to be admitted.
• Screen and evaluate referrals against admission criteria.
• Coordinate all communications from physicians.
• Document admission and discharge activity.
• Responsible for marketing efforts in the community.
