Job summary

Willow Tree and Care Center in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Nursing Home Admissions Concierge to oversee the admissions process and warmly welcome prospective residents and families. You will guide the admissions journey, assess needs, schedule tours, coordinate with hospital partners, and communicate costs and options with clarity.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork with care and medical staff, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for travel to hospitals, referral partners, and community events.
• Valid LPN or RN License to practice in the state of Colorado, in good standing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple admissions at once.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and admissions procedures in a nursing home setting.
• Sales and marketing experience preferred, with the ability to effectively present the community’s services and benefits.
• Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
• A compassionate, concierge-like approach to guiding residents and families through the transition process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families, providing information on services, amenities, and costs.
• Conduct initial consultations via phone, email, or in person to assess needs and eligibility.
• Schedule and lead community tours, tailoring visits to each prospective resident.
