Qualifications

• Licensure as Administrator required by state law.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, administration, nursing, gerontology, or related field.
• Strong track record of leading and developing teams in senior living management.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, med management protocol, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with resident-first focus to ensure compassionate care and staff development.
• Foster teamwork and open communication across all staff for quality care.
• Uphold high standards of care with continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee facility budget, expenses, revenue, and occupancy; identify cost-saving opportunities.
