You will plan and execute activities that help residents thrive, building meaningful relationships and a sense of joy in daily living.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing activities preferred.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in resident programming preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a well-rounded, refined Community Life program.
• Support a wellness-centered program focused on residents' wellbeing.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Represent Watermark’s operating principles and provide extraordinary services.
• Engage residents through arts, recreation, and events.

Skills
