Watermark Retirement Communities in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Community Life Associate to design and implement engaging activities that enhance residents' well-being. You will collaborate with care teams to create a vibrant calendar of programs that support social, physical, and cognitive health.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in activity planning, a passion for seniors, and strong communication skills.

Job Requirements

• Every other Wednesday/Friday and every other weekend
