You will collaborate with the wellness team to create a vibrant, inclusive program that supports health, social connection, and enjoyment in daily living.

The role requires weekend availability and a background in therapeutic recreation or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing activities preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• Experience in resident programming preferred
• Passion for seniors
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program for residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and support their health and well-being.
