Job summary
Watermark Retirement Communities in Dallas, TX is seeking a Community Life Associate to plan and implement a vibrant activities program for residents. You will craft diverse, wellness-centered activities, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance daily life for seniors.

Qualifications
- 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus.
- Experience in resident programming preferred.
- Passion for seniors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a comprehensive Community Life program for residents.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and create engaging activities.
- Collaborate with wellness team to support resident health and well-being.
- Represent Watermark values and provide exceptional service to residents and families.
