Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Dallas, TX is seeking a Community Life Associate to plan and implement a vibrant activities program for residents. You will craft diverse, wellness-centered activities, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance daily life for seniors.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, a passion for seniors, and strong communication. Watermark offers a supportive environment with a focus on resident well-being and community

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus.
• Experience in resident programming preferred.
• Passion for seniors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive Community Life program for residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and create engaging activities.
• Collaborate with wellness team to support resident health and well-being.
