Job summary

The Residence at Penniman Hill in Massachusetts is seeking an Activity Assistant and Van Driver to join LCB Senior Living, LLC. This role supports residents with engaging activities and safe transportation, fostering warm and caring relationships.

Responsibilities include planning and expanding the Activities Program, coordinating volunteer efforts, assisting with newsletters and calendars, and driving residents to events in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement residence activities.
• Develop ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Maintain warm, professional relationships with residents and families.
• Arrange transportation for residents to activities.
• Support Volunteer Programs and newsletters/calendar updates.
• Assist with store operations and maintaining supplies within budget.
• Drive residents in a van as needed.
• Attend ongoing in-service training sessions and orientation.
• Work independently and perform dual tasks as required.
