Westmont Living, Inc. seeks a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant/Driver to support our senior residents across daily activities, transportation, and enrichment programs.

The role focuses on encouraging participation, documenting programs, and delivering engaging experiences in a homelike, caring community. You will collaborate with the Lifestyle Director, transport residents to appointments, outings, and events, and help with crafts and games.

Qualificações

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass health screen such as TB, drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities
• Assist with documenting and developing programs
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities
• Transport residents safely to and from locations such as medical appointments, shopping, activities and social events
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
