Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Branches of North Attleboro is seeking an Activity/Programming Director to lead, coordinate, and evaluate the assisted living program, enhancing residents' experiences and fostering community engagement.

You will oversee activity staff and transportation, develop a seven‑day program, produce a monthly newsletter and calendar, and build relationships with families and local organizations.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues.
• Experience in developing programs appropriate for elders and disabled individuals.
• Management and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements events and programs to enhance the assisted living experience and improve the resident quality of life.
• Evaluates programs to ensure quality and alignment with resident needs.
• Develops an innovative seven-day-a-week activity program engaging for all residents.
• Monthly family-centered programming to promote participation and scheduling ease.
• Leads and coordinates one-on-one, small group, and large group programming as scheduled.
• Oversees programming staff, including transportation and the community van driver.
• Produces an online and printable quality monthly newsletter/calendar and daily activity calendars.
