Responsibilities

• Create group and one-to-one activities to engage residents under Life Enrichment Director.
• Get to know residents' likes and preferences to tailor activities.
• Welcome new residents and help them join the community.
• Monitor participation and report observations to inform care plans.
• Collaborate with community volunteers to enrich activities.
• Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and supervisors.
• Assist with resident requests and report equipment issues promptly.
• Attend meetings and training to improve activities.
