Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an Activity Assistant to light up our residents' days with engaging programs and events. You will support the Activity Director, help plan group activities, one-on-one visits, and community outings to keep residents active and connected.

The role requires a friendly, adaptable personality and availability to work every other weekend in a collaborative, upbeat environment with strong team support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in long-term care or social activities (preferred).
• Activity Certification (preferred).
• Fun personality with great people skills.
• Adaptable and ready to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Support the Activity Director with daily programs and events that keep residents active, connected, and smiling.
• Assist with group games, crafts, and fun activities.
• Conduct one-on-one visits with residents.
• Coordinate volunteers and help post activity calendars.
