Paycom - ATS seeks an Activities Director for Glass Peaks Senior Living in Toledo, OH. You will lead the Activity team, design engaging programs, and develop a monthly calendar aligned to residents' abilities and interests.

You'll manage the budget and supplies, coordinate Transportation with the company van, and empower the Resident Council. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and healthcare activities experience are required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21 with good driving record.
• Experience in activities/life enrichment in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; leadership; communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Activity team and guide residents through activities.
• Design and facilitate recreation and social programs.
• Develop monthly activities calendar and track participation.
• Manage budget and inventory for activities.
• Operate Community transportation program and drive company van.
• Coordinate Resident Council.
• Assess program impact and adjust to residents’ needs.
• Coordinate Community newsletter for resident connection.
