The Ivy Mountain View, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks an Activity Director to plan, organize, and promote a rich schedule of resident activities and excursions. You will lead and evaluate programs, recruit and oversee staff and volunteers, and ensure safety standards are met within the community.

You will engage residents through clubs, events, games, and classes, driving participation while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Class C license; Class B or C with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in planned activities and evaluating resident needs.
• Prefer 1 year supervising staff/volunteers; flexible schedule incl. holidays/evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide a creative, engaging social atmosphere with regularly scheduled activities and events.
• Lead activities personally and encourage resident participation in excursions and programs.
• Recruit, develop, schedule Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Collaborate across departments to promote teamwork; ability to drive community vehicles.
