The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in activities/healthcare; management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in Activities and Long Term/Healthcare, with management experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable attitude toward working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement recreational activities, programs, and events for residents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
• Recruit and supervise staff and volunteers to assist with activities and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements.
