• Plan and execute activities including social events, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and entertainment programs.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident interests and abilities to inform activity programming.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to align activities with resident well-being and care plans.
• Develop and maintain a weekly calendar of activities with diverse programs.
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activities and programs.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
