Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Hartford City is seeking an Activity Director to craft engaging programs and events for residents, bringing joy and purpose to daily life. You will plan and implement activities, build community partnerships, and collaborate with staff to deliver resident-centered care.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in activities/healthcare; management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in Activities and Long Term/Healthcare, with management experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable attitude toward working with seniors.
