Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year activities experience with seniors.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Class C license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Basic Windows and MS Office skills.
• Creative in developing activity programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient reading/writing/English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, promotion, and facilitation of activities.
• Assess residents' recreational and social needs.
• Develop monthly Activity Calendar of Events.
• Lead activities for small, large, and one-on-one sessions.
• Coordinate transportation and accompany residents on field trips.
• Work with volunteers and assign tasks.
• Maintain bus interior/exterior and report maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
