Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role; degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to connect with residents.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
• Transport residents safely using the community vehicle.
• Educate and train team on personalized activity opportunities.
• Welcome residents on move-in to foster community bonding.
• Plan events and decorate spaces for holidays.
• Document activities and take attendance/photos.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to regulations regarding residents' rights.
• Attend training sessions and pursue continuous learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
