Ideal candidates will be compassionate with excellent communication skills, possess a valid driver's license, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
• Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Educate and train team members on personalized activity opportunities.
• Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster bonding.
• Decorate common areas for special events and holidays.
• Take attendance and photographs of daily activities.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations.
• Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning.

Senior Living Activity Assistant Responsibilities

• Active Engagement: Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
• Safe Transportation: Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Team Development: Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities.
• Warm Welcome: Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding.
• Event Planning: Decorate common areas for special events and holidays.
• Activity Documentation: Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories.
• Compliance Mastery: Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
