• Assist the Director by planning and carrying out various group activity programs.
• Interacts with residents in group and independent situations and engages them in sensory stimulation activities.
• Motivates and encourages residents to attend provided programs.
• Acquaints self with all facility’s residents. Adapts recreational programs according to resident’s diagnosis and suggests new and creative ideas from which the residents would benefit
