Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Programming/Activity Assistant to join their team. This role involves organizing and implementing engaging programs to meet the psychological, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Responsibilities include leading group activities, encouraging participation, and maintaining high confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience with elders, knowledge of recreational activities, and an understanding of Alzheimer’s care.

Qualifications
