• Plan and implement a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as food services, housekeeping, and nursing, to ensure seamless execution of activities.
• Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure they are effective and meet resident needs.
• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any concerns or issues that may impact resident care and satisfaction.
