Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in senior living or related field preferred.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate activities.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable with public speaking.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to meet residents' needs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate therapeutic recreational activities, including evenings and weekends, in coordination with the Director.
• Consult with other departments on activities relating to residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coordinate transportation and accompany residents on outings.
• Develop and post a monthly activities schedule; maintain twelve months of activity records.
• Assist with the volunteer program and monitor departmental budgetary records.
• Assist in preparing the monthly community newsletter and planning member committees.
