Morada Senior Living is seeking an Activities Coordinator to develop and oversee resident services, planning meaningful programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Texas and Oklahoma.

The role focuses on creating engaging activities that promote health, wellbeing, and growth, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining organized activity spaces and records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• One to three years experience preferred in assisted living, long term care or experience/exposure to the senior population.

Responsabilités

• Assists in planning, scheduling and conducting programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for the residents.
• Assists, invites and encourages residents to participate in activities.
• Maintains activity areas in an orderly manner.
• Prepares and organizes a calendar of events and posts it for residents and staff.
