Job summary

Solera Senior Living in Cary, NC is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being for residents. You will work with the Life Enrichment Director and care team to create a vibrant, supportive community.

Ideal candidates are creative, energetic, compassionate, with strong communication, and experience in senior living or activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in senior living, activities, recreation, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement resident activities and programs.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention through engaging programming.
• Coordinate space, equipment, transportation, and staff for events.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Director and care team.
• Maintain calendars, flyers, and activity documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and events as needed.
