Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and guests.
• Suggest activities to engage residents with varying interests.
• Participate in resident activities.
• Track participation and plan to involve residents.
• Inform residents of daily activities.
• Occasionally accompany residents on outings.
• Set up activity/entertainment areas and decorations.
• Keep offices and areas neat and organized.
• Decorate areas for seasons/holidays and store decorations.
• Attend monthly resident meetings for feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing for events.
• Drive community vehicle when needed.
• Walk, sit, and stand for extended periods as required.
• Other duties as assigned and follow safety requirements.
