You will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director and care teams to create a vibrant community experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior living or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resident programs and activities.
• Support engagement and satisfaction through meaningful programming.
• Coordinate space, equipment, and staffing for activities.
• Assist with driving residents to outings as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders, families, and partners.
• Maintain calendars and activity documentation.
