Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in planning and facilitating activities in senior living or healthcare.
• Experience with individuals with dementia preferred.
• Ability to engage residents and families effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute calendar of activities promoting resident engagement.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of events tailored to residents’ interests.
• Build strong relationships to ensure meaningful participation.
