Job summary

Solera Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents at Village Crossing. You’ll partner with the Life Enrichment Director to create a vibrant community that supports physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Ideal candidates bring creativity, organization, and strong communication. Roles include event planning, collaboration with staff and families, and budget-conscious program execution on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in senior living, activities, recreation, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with residents and families.
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Calm, solution-focused in changing situations; friendly and hospitable.
• Proficient with basic email, calendars, flyers and other simple computer tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement resident activities and programs.
• Engage residents to promote physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social well-being.
• Coordinate space, equipment, food, transportation, and staffing for activities.
• Collaborate with leaders, families, and partners to support community events.
• Maintain calendars, flyers, and activity documentation; assist with budget planning.
