Danbury-Senior-Living seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing engaging activities for residents. Activities include exercise, crafts, music, outings, trivia, and spiritual services.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and passionate about seniors. Experience in senior living is helpful but not required. This full‑time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living activities / life enrichment department is helpful, but not required.
• It is essential that our Life Enrichment Assistants are patient, compassionate, and caring.
• A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.

Responsibilities

• Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. These activities are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Some examples are: exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and much more!
