Job summary

Spring Gardens Olympus Ranch in Murray, UT is seeking an ACTIVITY ASSISTANT to support a resident-centered activity program in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• One (1) year job related experience preferred in senior living communities.
• Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and fellow team members.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication for small group presentations.
• Demonstrates organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow community procedures with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a balanced resident centered activity program.
• Notates and initializes logs to document resident changes and activities.
• Supports QA processes and ensures quality service standards.
• Partners with team to follow laws, regulations, and quality standards.
