Job summary

Spring Gardens Olympus Ranch in Murray, UT is seeking an ACTIVITY ASSISTANT to support a resident-centered activity program in our senior living community.

The role involves assisting with daily logs, QA processes, and coordinating social events, while motivating volunteers and team members to engage residents in meaningful activities. Part-time position with a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• One (1) year job related experience preferred in senior living communities.
• Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and fellow team members.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication for small group presentations.
• Demonstrates organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow community procedures with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Spring Gardens Olympus Ranch in Murray, UT, a beautiful senior living community is seeking a dynamic and creative team member who can join our team as an ACTIVITY ASSISTANT.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a balanced resident centered activity program for the community
• Reviews, reads, notates and initializes the Daily Log and Department Log to document and learn about pertinent information and any resident’s physical and behavioral changes as well as activities information
• Demonstrates proficiency and understands the QA (Quality Assurance Process) & essential quality service standards pertaining to enriching resident centered activities and programming; partners with community team in striving for excellent quality care & service delivery as measured in the QA process
• Partners with community team to ensure community follows all federal, state, local laws & regulations & quality standards for resident care and services
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:
